In their restaurant "Ecluse," Laura and Sandro Bianchin serve the finest quality from the Biel region—without compromise. Only sustainable products from within a radius of around 50 kilometers are served.
The cuisine stands out with experimental and modern dishes, offering new taste experiences. The focus lies in the selection of ingredients. Guests learn where the ingredients come from, who produces them, harvests them, and prepares them.

Enjoy a two-night stay at the Château with two delightful evenings. On the first evening, we will pamper you with our Château cuisine, including wine pairings. On the second evening, enjoy a tasting menu carefully curated by the Ecluse team, also with wine pairings. On both evenings, the flavors of the Jura region take center stage. The stay is rounded off each morning with a farmer’s breakfast.

As befits a Château, all guests dine together at a large, long table.
