Raised in the mountain village of Lohn in the Grisons, Rebecca Clopath discovered her passion for cooking at the age of ten. With her unique “taste perceptions,” she invites guests to experience food with all their senses – weaving together flavour, storytelling, and nature into a deeply rooted culinary journey through her home region. Each dish is a thoughtful composition, a work of art on the plate.

On one special evening, Rebecca Clopath will join forces with host Timon Wolf for a “Four Hands Dinner” in the heart of nature. Much of the menu will be cooked over an open fire – a shared, sensory-rich experience shaped by their perfectly aligned philosophies.
