Our young hosts Sydney Karolewski and Timon Wolf have gained a wealth of professional experience from working at some of the most popular locations in Europe.

From Copenhagen where they started out, followed by stints in picturesque Tuscany, to a culinary sojourn in Paris, they have acquired a wide range of insights into the world of culinary arts and hospitality.

Their passion for first-class service and fine cuisine is reflected in the details of the château.
