Since our opening in 2024, we have had the pleasure of welcoming many leading figures of Swiss gastronomy: Andreas Caminada, Rebecca Clopath, Pascal Steffen, Tanja Grandits, Stefan Heilemann, Mattias Roock, and many other remarkable personalities have already turned our kitchen into a stage for moments of pure taste. Whether as guest chefs with their own teams or side by side with us for an elegant four-hands dinner – each evening was unique, each course a tribute to creativity, craft, and passion. One thing is certain: this culinary journey is far from over.
