A natural cycle
At Château de Raymontpierre, we attach great importance to knowing where our food comes from and who is behind the products. Whenever possible, the ingredients come from our garden, farm, or surrounding forests. Ingredients we do not produce are sourced from small producers in the surrounding area and from other The Living Circle farms. During processing, we try not to distort the taste of the products but to get the best out of them using various preservation methods and sophisticated combinations. We also maintain a circular economy to minimize our waste. We are proud that our pursuit of high-quality food not only pleases the palate but also positively impacts the world around us.
Our new luxury
We live respectfully from and with agriculture. There are no long journeys, just fresh produce from our garden or directly from the farm next door. Our spring is not far from the château, and the surrounding forest provides wood for the interior fittings and heating. This makes sense for us, stands for value and is qualitatively sustainable. And it gives us the time and freedom to look after our guests. You will feel it even in the most minor corner of our property - our New Luxury.
