Good to Know

Everything you need to know to make the most of your stay at Château de Raymontpierre.

Accessibility

The Château is not accessible for people with reduced mobility: there are many steps, no elevator, and limited access to the spa. However, in the annex building La Grange, four accessible rooms are available. If you have any questions, we are happy to assist you.

Dogs

Dogs are warmly welcome here, but only in the annex building La Grange. Please note that there is a farm with animals right next door, guarded by livestock guardian dogs. Therefore, we kindly ask for extra caution and consideration during your stay.

Communal Table

As befits a château, all our guests dine together at a large, long table. This communal table in the dining hall is a central part of our concept, creating a unique and sociable atmosphere.
Please note before your arrival that meals will be shared with other guests. We hope you’ll look forward to enjoying engaging conversations and sharing a special château experience!

Lunch

Please note that our kitchen opens only in the evening, and we do not offer lunch. If you arrive hungry, we recommend having a meal elsewhere beforehand. In the evening, you can look forward to a delicious dinner in our château kitchen!

Farm

Right next to our château, you’ll find a farm – an essential part of the rural charm of our surroundings. Please note that life on the farm, including typical smells from the barn, cows, and manure, is part of everyday life here.
We warmly remind you that this is all part of the authentic atmosphere that makes your stay with us so unique. Immerse yourself in real country life – with all its facets!

E-Bikes

Explore the beautiful landscape around our château at your leisure with our e-bikes! These are available for you to use during your stay and can be rented through our team. Just let us know – we’re happy to assist you.

EV Charging Station

A charging station for electric cars is available to our hotel guests at the château. Charging is free of charge, ensuring you stay comfortably and environmentally friendly on the go.

Reception

The château does not have a traditional reception or 24/7 concierge service. However, in case of an emergency, you can reach us at any time using the emergency number provided in the brochure in your room.

Pick-Up Service

Unfortunately, you cannot reach the château by public transport. However, our team is happy to pick you up at the Vermes, École bus stop (about a 15-minute drive).
