As we work in harmony with nature, we do not have a fixed menu, but change our meals every day. You can find examples of our menus here.

Farmhouse cooking with a modern touch
The château is a sanctuary for guests who want to indulge in culinary delights. We serve simple farmhouse cooking with a modern interpretation – in both taste and appearance. Vegetables and fruit from our own garden are combined to create inspiring, flavourful dishes.
We maintain a circular economy in our kitchen. Whenever possible we use our own produce, such as vegetables, fruits, eggs, flour, bread and meat. When it comes to meat, we largely abstain from using prime cuts. Ingredients we cannot produce ourselves are picked in the woods or sourced from small, local producers.
In our private sector, guests sit together at a long table. We start with an aperitif at 6.30 pm, followed by the evening menu with wine pairings. Lean back and let our team indulge you.
