4-Hands Dinner with SanBrite
SanBrite x Château de Raymontpierre
At the foot of the Dolomites, just outside Cortina d'Ampezzo, lies the restaurant SanBrite. It is a place of strong ideology: not taking from nature but giving back—that is the guiding principle. So-called regenerative agriculture serves a dual purpose: the original taste of the ingredients is preserved, the enjoyment is enhanced, and at the same time, the soil benefits, as, for instance, kitchen scraps are reused as compost.
Riccardo Gaspari draws inspiration from the cuisine of his homeland and ancestors to create dishes that are both unpretentious and refined. Michelin acknowledges his accomplishments as a pioneer of alpine cuisine, awarding him one red star and one green star. Experience the extraordinary culinary masterpieces that have captivated audiences south of the Alps, as they will be uniquely showcased for one evening here in the Swiss Jura. In collaboration with the talented kitchen team at Château de Raymontpierre, a unique "4-Hands Dinner" is being crafted. This is an evening to cherish, where the nature-inspired philosophies of the two protagonists harmoniously intertwine.
