Andreas Caminada
Enjoy an overnight stay at the Château, which includes a gourmet menu by star chef Andreas Caminada.
In Fürstenau, the smallest town in the world, stands Schloss Schauenstein – both restaurant and hotel. Three Michelin stars, a Green star and 19 GaultMillau points. Here, Andreas Caminada unfolds his craft.
The chef has turned Fürstenau into a destination for gastronomy. He roasts coffee, bakes bread, preserves vegetables, and runs several restaurants – all in his signature style: precise, clear, grounded.
For one evening, Caminada moves to the “Schlösschen” in the Swiss Jura. Guests enjoy a gourmet menu created by him, with wine pairing and an overnight stay in the Château. The next morning, a quiet farmhouse breakfast awaits.
As it should be: all guests share one long table.
