Pascal is head chef and host at "Roots" on the banks of the Rhine in Basel. His culinary craft has been awarded two Michelin stars and 17 Gault Millau points. Vegetables are at the heart of his cuisine. Meat and fish play second fiddle. When it comes to his ingredients, Pascal Steffen always looks to the good treasures of the region around Basel.

Enjoy two nights at the Château with two enjoyable evenings. On the first evening, the Château team will spoil you with modern farmhouse cuisine with a 4-course menu including wine accompaniment. On the second evening, you will enjoy a tasting menu created by Pascal Steffen with ingredients from the surrounding area, including wine pairing. On Monday morning, we welcome you with Pascal Steffen for a special breakfast.
