Discover our culinary event at the Château de Raymontpierre with the Gault Millau's "Chef of the Year 2023"

Silvio Germann from Lucerne, just 34, is "Chef of the Year". He built up the first "Igniv" for his mentor Andreas Caminada at the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, earning 18 GaultMillau points and two Michelin stars over the seven years. In his restaurant Mammertsberg in Freidorf, Thurgau, he cultivates his own personal kitchen philosophy: "Conscious of tradition and rooted in the region, yet always curious, cosmopolitan and inventive".

Gault Millau's "Chef of the Year 2023" Silvio Germann and the Château de Raymontpierre invite you to an unforgettable evening including overnight stay. Enjoy our 4 Hands Dinner with wine pairing in a breathtaking atmosphere. The next morning, the Château de Raymontpierre team will spoil you with our traditional farmer's breakfast.

As befits a château, all the guests are seated at a large, long table.
