The family of farmers

The farm at Château de Raymontpierre is a family business and is run by the Wenger family.

In 1994, farmer Florian Wenger took over the management of the farm from his father together with his wife Heidi.

Florian Wenger's great passion is his animals. His Simmental cows graze on his pastures. In 2001, he founded the Simmental Suisse breed club with other Simmental beef cattle breeders.

Daughter Fanny and son-in-law Joel also lend a hand on the farm. The two of them take care of the development and maintenance of our vegetable garden. Fanny and Joel know all about planting vegetables and fruit at 1000 m above sea level and also enjoy experimenting with more "exotic" varieties.
