We also offer guests the chance to experience the fauna around our château. They can learn fascinating facts about keeping, breeding and feeding animals, and find out what our “farm to table” concept is all about.
We take you on a guided tour through the farm and visit the animals grazing on the pasture. Stéphane Oester gives an insight into how meat is processed. Guests can watch sausage, ham and bacon being prepared in the 500-year-old smokehouse.
