Distillerie de Porrentruy
Hervé Blanchard has been running the family business "Distillerie de Porrentruy" since 2018. The young Jura distiller tests every single fruit for his fine spirits, whether Mirabelle plum or the Damassine plum typical of the Ajoie region. We would be happy to organize a guided tour of the distillery followed by a tasting.
