Wine hike Vermes
In 2012, Thomas Dennert planted six grape varieties that are resistant to fungal diseases on an area of 1.5 hectares in the town of Vermes: Solaris, Johanniter, Cantor, Monarch, Cortis and Cabernet Noir. The red wines "La Joie des Breûles- tchïns" and "Le Lézard fringant" are aged for 10 months in oak barrels. All wines are from controlled organic cultivation. We are happy to organize a tour of the vineyards followed by a wine tasting.
